    For sure the 599 is the modern incarnation of the Daytona, its just so fast and rapid just like the Daytona was of its time. The SWB is small, lightweight, and has the ass the size of a dime. The 599 has big ghetto booty.

    I must ask how, I certainly see no resemblance to any of the cars featured in this thread. Having said that Super GT is a pretty sweet motorsport, wasn't there an F430 competing in 2009?

    I had not considered the 599 to look so similar to the Daytona, but looking at that photo I see it. I really thought the 550/575 was more the successor to the Daytona, but may have to rethink that now...
