So considering that Ferrari maintains and stores these with the owner just driving it at the track, does Ferrari end up with the repair bill? It's not like Ferrari can argue that the car wasn't properly maintained.
Well, considering where it is sitting, I would imagine who is paying would be determined by whether or not the car was on fire before it went off the track, or after.
