A few companies have announced them and then cancelled. As of now, there is not one, which is too bad as it would sell very well.

I believe that the only 6.0 available in 1/18 scale is the GTR.

Autoart did announce it but then cancelled it but I did get an email from them a couple of months back saying that they were re-considering it for production. Other than that www.autoplacemodel.com are doing a 1/18 resin model in the near future but that will be expensive!

Thanks John... so am I to understand it will be a transkit body which goes over an existing 1:18 Diablo or Murcie chassis?

I wish it was Greg, but I think it will be a full kit judging by SLK99's photos. I have a spare Autoart Diablo GTR and VT that I'm thinking of merging together to form the basis of an Autoart 6.0. The wheels will be the challenge I JUST LOVE THE 6.0's WHEELS!!!!

There were some more pictures of APM's prototype somewhere on the web I think.

HMM I saw no reference to the 6.0 on APM's site. Do you know what scale it will be?

I already own the 1:43 resin version from MR Models.

Stop teasing Michael - looks a bit low but I guess it's just because it's not finished. Looks excellent though. May have to have one; or a set of wheels anyway! Your friend is a brilliant modeller!

That sucks! Sorry but it does! I dont want to build it, and that is way to expensive! I wish Autoart would build one.

The last I heard was that Autoart were re-considering building the 6.0. I'm torn - it is expensive but I want a 6.0 or do I wait and hope AA produce one?

Michael... there is no mention of the 6.0 on their site. I did send them an email though.

TAKE A NUMBER AND GET IN LINE! I have been waiting here for awhile for anyone who is gonna make a Diablo 6.0 VT in 1/18. I don't care if its made by AutoArt or hotwheels I want one soooooo bad.

I have been considering hacking up my GTR and making it into a 6.0 but I can't find another GTR. Not to mention I don't want to hack up my rare GTR whips team bartwell edition Lambo GTR.

However if I do get my hands on an old Diablo VT I might just buy the 300ZX headlamps and perhaps get a custom front bumper and rear bumper made?.

That's exactly what I'm thinking of doing. I have a spare AA VT and AA GTR and I reckon that the VT's doors, bonnet, engine cover and rear bumper will go straight on the GTR's body. The rear of the front wings will need to be modified though and, like you said, a new front bumper will be required. The wheels are the big problem unless APM will sell me a set!
