    We had reports from the Netherlands, Scandinavia, Hungary & the Czech Republic - hey, they also passed Germany, for sure!

    On May 9th the Relay stopped in Weimar, Thuringia. About 25 cars crowded the local market place, next to "Thuringer Bratwurst" sales booths. After a corso through the city they formed up in front of the playhouse, next to a statue of Goethe & Schiller.

    In Germany, the relay started in Wiesbaden (Ferrari HQ Germany) with a trip to the famous Nurburgring on May 7th. Next day they gathered in Kerpen (hometown of Michael Schumacher) and drove to Cologne.

    On the 9th the relay passed Weimar and Dresden and ended on May 10th at the Italian embassy in Berlin.

    That sucks, need to subscribe. I do too - when i can get round to it.
    Any super Ferraris turn up? 288, F40, F50 or Enzo's?

    Unfortunately no! I had my hopes that an Enzo will turn up, because it was featured on German television. It belongs to a guy from Ilmenau, just a short trip away from Weimar. I must say I was a bit dissapointed since only a few different types showed up...not a single Testarossa, no Maranello and no Supercar. Perhaps I will have more luck in 2017, celebrating the 70th anniversary?!

    There was an Enzo somewere with black wheels. Is that the one from Ilmenau? I saw pics of it somewere on the net...but I'm not sure if this was in Weimar. Could also have been in Berlin but it was definitiv on the second part of the Relay.

    I wanted to go to Wiesbaden but I had no time and Weimar was a little bit too far from Stuttgart for a one day trip.

    Great pictures. Thanks for posting. The relay here in Cairo starts next Saturday on May 26th. I will be posting pictures of the event.

    Oh no, I've been to Berlin on May 10th, even had a look at the Ferrari Dealer Unter den Linden... didn't know all these cars were at the Italian embassy :(
