Hey guys, Thought you could help me out here. I was wondering if a conventional 6-speed box is still available to order on a 612? I've seen a few used ones, but it's only the F1 that's listed on ferrari.com now. Also for how long will they continue to make the current one since the new one premieres end of this month already? Thanks
The 612 has been only available with the F1 shifter for at least a year. There is normally a short overlap in production, so we shall see on the replacement. Not always the case, though. 575s were out of production quite a while before the 599 showed up. Same for the 456M and the 612. Taz Terry Phillips
I was told that the 6 sp were not an option after the 2006 MY by my dealer.. was also told 2011 MY would not have an option of a 6 sp which sucks IMHO..
