Getting ready to install refurbished wishbones...

The "screws" #182215 are an interference fit on the lower wishbone flanblocs but I don't see in the wsm how they are removed from the old or inserted into the new. Are they pressed out? Can they be re-used? If new screws are used does tightening torque pull them into position or do you press them into position?

I just did this on my 360CS and the screws looked identical. For dissassembly i used penetrating oil and a punch which was slightly smaller than the diameter of the threads and carefully tapped them out. Then I cleaned and inspected the screws. For assembly, i used a custom sleeve (made on a lathe), two washers and a nut.

Worked really smoothly. I did install into challenge flamblocs, which seem to be a different material however, so ymmv.
