There is no such thing as an OTO HGTC. The handling gran turismo package for the OTO was HGT2 and I have no idea how many there were.
I counted about 100 US OTOs on F-register. A few more for rotw. I think <200 total. I have one with HGT2 (on the sticker, not modified) and wonder how many there are.
Following is an excerpt from a thread a few years ago with data for U.S. 612 production. With the OTO introduced some time in 2008, not all 2008 U.S. 612s are OTOs, hence the guestimate (by TAZ?) that perhaps half are. 2009 through 2011 should all be OTOs. This does not answer the OP's question regarding how many OTOs have the HGT2 option, but for U.S. 612s, it certainly has to be less than 103 (taking half of 2008 U.S. 612s as OTOs), as not every 612 OTO had HGT2 (mine does not).
