If you have read any of my other threads you will know that from Sep-Nov 2023 I was experiencing highly random P0430 (RH bank catalyst efficiency lower than expected) error codes which set the CEL to yellow. They were random and not consistent, but always returned at some point. At no time did the could you notice any change in vehicle performance.

In early Dec my OTO went in for a the "annual" or "20k kms driven" service which is basically oil, pollen filter and a full inspection. That 20k occured in the six months since the clutch and many other things were changed at the 70k major service in June 2023.

Oddly (and I may jinx myself) there have been no more P0430's since the oil change. Why? On the service invoice there was a note than an exhaust bracket on the right bank was loose. Maybe we had a small leak - which can cause a P0430 code.

In the winter I run Michelin Pilot Alpin PA4 tires. In the 25k kms I have put on them over the past 3 winters I have no complaints and for the 100-200km that they were actually used in the snow, the grip and confidence was shocking.

The weather forecast for the coming weeks in northern France is for highs in the mid-teens (degC) with lows around 8-9. So to preserve the winter tires I put the Michelin PS4S K1 245/35 & 295/35 on the car Sunday morning for the run from the renovation project back to Paris.

If you drive long enough on the Pilot Alpin you can convince yourself that you are not missing much...But if you run back to back on the same road (which I did) you realize the magic of the Ferrari spec PS4S in K1 trim (these are the GTC4Lusso tires).

Use both PS4S and Alpins on the Enzo and I agree!

PS4S did magic in wet and chilly weather. When the snow falls and temps dip below freezing the Alpins are absolutely brilliant!!!

I bow to you Stackhouse...driving Enzo in the snow...magnificent.

I just drove my 599 with ps4s this weekend in very wet weather and some standing water...passing suvs and pickups at 85 mph...super stable. They were definitely not thinking suv superiority at that moment. Lol
