I'm just curious for all the 612 owners, how has your ownership experience been so far?Is it your daily driver and how has it held up to daily use? and would you buy one again?

    thanks

I had one of the first 612s (actually the fourth RHD car made!), drove it every day for one year and 9,000miles, and then traded it in for the 575 Superamerica. The car was perfect in every way and a phenomenal experience for a driver and his 3 passengers!

Just waiting for my 612 Anniversary, so I hope that answers your questions!

the most amazing car i've ever had the pleasure of owning, much less driving...bought it with 45k miles - just broken in!!! it is, in so many ways, the perfect blending of everything i want in a car: comfort, speed, super-fun, super-gorgeous, and rare.

it is my daily driver - my CLS500 MB sits gathering dust, and pouting in a very german way...

hard to complain about a car that you can transport 4 people and a load of groceries and dry cleaning at near 200mph!!!

the only, and i repeat only, problem with owning this car is containing my frustration when i hear or read people who have never driven, owned, or even seen this car in person trash and dog it. it is every bit an F-car - and stunning in person, regardless of colour choices. and it is crazy-fast.

if you can - get one - today.

    ciao

I have my eye on one and you know, i never gave it much thought until recently.but the more i look at it the more i'm convinced this should be imy daily driver. I used to be one of those people who knocked it but now i'm seeing it differently.

In March I got caught in a snow storm passing through the Pryennes. No grit on the road and the side of the autoroute littered with cars and trucks which had spun off. My 612 handled perfectly - tracking behind a truck that was cutting a groove in the snow. I cannot fault this car and but do remember it is about as big as a Range Rover so as a daily driver its fine but sometimes a tight fit in Europe!

    hello,

i'm not trashing the scaglietti. the performance numbers (on paper, as i havent driven one) are quite impressive. i've seen two in person. a silverstone F1 @ ferrrari of san fransisco, and a black F1 @ continental autosports outside of chicago.

i preferred the silverstone over the black. but the car is just too big. the fact that Autosports had three, count 'em three, brand spanking new 612's on their showroom floor unsold speaks volumes of what the market thinks of this car.

but if you want and can afford one, don't let anyone here stop you.

    kind regards.

Convincing argument. Just endeavouring to reach the "can" stage.
