Great picture -- wonder how you got it b/c they were very strict about photos when I took my factory tour. Thanks for sharing
When I took my tour one of the guys on it had given his order number to the tour guide. Later in the tour she had located his 458 coming off the end of the assembly line and she allowed him to take pictures of it. They allowed us to keep our cell phones so it certainly would have been possible for people to surreptitiously take some photos.
Well it is one thing when Ferrari has their own photographer there because they have complete control over the photos. I think their concern with civilians taking photos is someone may capture an embarrassing moment, e.g. a worker sleeping in the back of a GTC4Lusso, drinking a bottle of vino, or taking a leak on one of the trees on the factory floor.
the color is Rosso rubino, just like mine, Foto isi a bit underexposed though. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Great color, very understated and yes the wheels look great with the color. I like the challenge wheels with darker colors like Silverstone and Gregio Ferro.
I have looked at a lot of 612 and never seen a yellow one. The 612 might be too big of a car to pull off yellow, might look like a big banana???
Here it goes..Pre-OTO and OTO in yellow. I've seen one in person (@ME) and liked it. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
In would so buy that car! Just got back from my first overnighter in the 360. Like, an hour or so ago. Six months of sorting out paid off. Nominal performance from 67 to 90 degrees. Image Unavailable, Please Login
George nice 360, yellow looks great on that car, but where are the shields? LOL I would have to see a 612 in life to see if the yellow is too much for my liking.
My first Italian car was a 1974 FIAT X1/9 in Chrome Yellow (I can't tell it from Modena Yellow), so it's my favorite color for mid-V8 Ferraris (Rosso Corsa for front-V12 cars). So I've seen many Rosso Corsa 612's exactly as I would have ordered them: RC, shields, red calipers, tan Daytona interior; just like my 456M, but... never seen a yellow one. There are only two known yellow 456's (Maybe just M's - can't remember exactly), in North America, and I saw photos and video of both of them (Possible Euro car in there, but both LHD). I was amazed how well I thought it worked. Would love a yellow 612, but no pano roof, please. I think it detracts from the look except on black cars. Wouldn't mind a black OTO.
Beautiful rims on your 360 and those silver calipers really match up! Those are my favorite design rims on the Maranellos too. Your car has a sunroof??
Yes, it's one of the ten or so stick/sunroof cars. There were supposedly 22 sunroof 360's sent to the North American market. About half supposedly manuals. It is an amazing experience with the roof panel off. Some soft buffeting, but way more secure than a convertible. Still a few downsides. Like having anything light and aerodynamic immediately sucked out of the roof opening. Take, oh, I don't know, an empty plastic take-out bag, for an hypothetical example.

My gosh. This is a magnificent color. I've never seen anything like it. Being an OTO, somebody had great taste to choose this color and the interior combination.
