Lake Forest has a really nice black one for sale right now. I may be over there this week to pick up my car and would be happy to give you an (unprofessional) assessment if you're interested
That one looks nice & only 16k miles. If I were looking I would ask for carfax and maintenance history from dealer service. If no dealer service history then I may have an issue. Always need to do ppi & if you can swing it I would buy the power warranty. My 2 cents.

Seems to be a fair price considering mileage and relative few options. But likely still a little play in the price. The things you need to decide - MT or F1, also the F1 in 2008/later is better than earlier Gen 1 models w/ F1, HTC or not (my opinion HTC is worth the money) and Gen 1 or OTO (2008.5 to 2010 model years). IMO those are the main issues for a 612. The OTO did not come with a MT so if you must have MT then likely only 2007 or earlier models. Also the price point on the OTO cars (way less made under 400 total) is still much higher than comparable mileage Gen 1 cars except for the MT cars which is way higher price even with higher mileage.
I paid Ferrari of FT.L $600 for a PPI on this car...major issues (oil leak, rust on door, tire sensor, window switch etc, needs a major service) 13k of work Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Ugh, that sucks about the PPI, but I guess that's why you pay for it. Guess I shouldn't be surprised that issues aren't mentioned anywhere in the ad copy given that the car is a.) being sold in FL and b.) being sold by a dealer who slings all sorts of car on CL, ebay, etc. I have fingers crossed that when I find my OTO it's not being sold in FL.....seems like the cesspool of used cars and you'd feel lucky NOT to get scammed.
I bought an OTO 612 from Naples Motorsports in Naples, FL Not certain I got a “deal” but I got a really nice car. Not all of FL is bad.
Regarding PPI's ..... The BEST money you will ever spend on a Ferrari is doing a PPI on a car you learn you Shouldn't Buy
I agree 100%!! $600 to save myself $13k....can't get a better return on investment Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
To me it really came down to the bottom line price on the car all in. I picked my 612 up for a low price understanding that it needed a new clutch and belt service and a few other clean up items. Im in to it now for another $12k but now i have a car with a new clutch, fresh service and still in for a low price.
In my case they billed the car has not needing any work...in fact the dealer Carlos told me he had taken it to Ferrari of FL and told them to 'do everything you need to the car'...curiously when I became very serious about purchasing it, it wasn't even in the dealership, it was at the Ferrari dealer getting a solenoid repaired...I then did the PPI and they wanted to negotiate the 13k of work found by the dealer Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
