Perhaps the wheels were swapped out? But the interior looks like a Sessanta, center console controls look correct and dash instrumentation shows 612 Sessanta. Though it is listed as a 2008 Sessanta and I thought they were all 2007 model years?

Well that is the asking price, would be interested in knowing the actual selling price. What is the big deal about the Sessantas other than being a limited edition? The later OTO cars incorporated all the Sessantas features except the two color paint/wheels (i like the polished Challenge wheels better anyway) and also the OTO had some upgrades that the Sessantas didn't have. What am I missing?
I don't know either. The only thing that separates it is the limited number, but then there are a limited number of OTO's. One interesting fact, when I toured the Schedoni workshop Simone showed me a chart of all the Ferrari models they made luggage for and the number of sets for each model. I have a set of the Sessanta luggage for my OTO and he showed me that they made 72 sets. So maybe some owners ordered 2 sets, or maybe some people at Ferrari got a set for themselves, OR maybe they built more than 60 Sessantas.
The cool thing about the Sessanta, in my opinion, is that each one can be identified by name per the badge commemorating an event in Ferrari's history. In my opinion, that is pretty cool. Yes, otherwise the OTO is basically the same.
