612 updating features from later cars

I'm wondering if people have advice or ideas on updates for the early cars (e.g. '05, '06). I see for example the '05 have a manually dimming rear-view mirror but later cars have the electronically automatic rear-view mirror that most modern cars have. Has anyone retrofitted this? Are there other retrofits? Perhaps a list of retrofits and part numbers would be a helpful thread (I know there is a cross reference thread on parts but I haven't seen one for retrofits I believe). I apologize if this has been covered somewhere.

 

I never cared for the original wheels on the car. Upgrade to monolithic challenge wheels. The polished wheels look particularly stylish on the 612.
