So I had the battery switched off on my 612 a few days as I worked on the headlights, and I left the door open when I disconnected the battery so the window would be down while working and I could open and close the door. I just hooked up the battery and the window is still stuck down. I opened and closed the door, but no movement of the glass... any ideas what’s going on?

Just for future reference, what you should do is lower the window an inch.

    Disconnecting the battery
    - Before disconnecting the battery, deactivate the elec-
tronic alarm with the remote control (see page 16).
Never disconnect the battery from the electrical system when
    the engine is running.
Before disconnecting the battery, lower the side windows by
at least 2-3 cm (0.78–1.18 in.) to avoid damaging the
weather strips when opening and closing the doors.
This operation, when the battery is connected and fully
charged, is done automatically whenever the doors are
opened or closed. The windows must remain lowered until
the recharged battery is reconnected. If the battery is dis-
charged and the windows are fully up, only open the doors
when strictly necessary and with the greatest care; do not
close them again until it the windows can be lowered.
Disconnection of the battery is advised if the vehicle is not
used for long periods of time.
Refer to the section on “If the vehicle is laid up for long peri-
    ods” in the “Chassis” chapter.
