Please, don't tell me that this car sold for $6500 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4652282792&sspagename=ADME%3AB%3AWNA%3AUS%3A112&id=
"The seller ended this listing early because the item is no longer available for sale. " Maybe he finally sold it by some non-e-bay method.
Thanks, yeah, I saw that and my thoughts were that he pulled it because maybe he typoed the buy it now price.
You didn't miss anything. I was trying to bid on it. http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=110458
Well if it was a scam then I'm glad that both of us missed out. Like they say... If it's too good to be true... But how'd I miss that thread? :wonders:
That was either a bogus scam, or I am inadvertantly helping the seller by posting this but; Here's the "real" ad from Hemmings: http://www.hemmings.com/classifieds/carsforsale/ferrari/308gt4/272867.html And here's the seller's site: http://www.execmotorworks.com/1975Ferrari308.html Nice car. But kind of expensive. $29,500. If it's an "ad ploy", it's a lot of effort for such a high-priced car. IMHO
