How difficult is it to add rear seat belts to an 67 Austin Healey 3000 mark iii? Is it possible at all? Need factory seat belts in the 2 rear seats. Any thoughts?
    thanks.

The last time Road & Track tested a Healey 3000 Mk III was in February 1965. The data table shows that seat belt anchors were standard equipment, but seat belts were available at extra cost. It doesn't say if that includes belts for the rear seats. The text says: "Apart from the driver and passenger seats, there is accomodation for two children behind, or alternatively, one adult can be carried for short trips."

I would imagine that someone like Moss Motors could tell you if rear belt kits are available.

Thank you very much. And yes I did find out that the mounts are there and belts can be attached. Moss does have the parts indeed.

My Dad had a 67 AH 3000 and I used to sit in the "jump seats" when I was a child. Remember it like yesterday...no belts either :)
