'69 Ghibli Engine out

I'm hoping to lift the engine out of my Ghibli over the winter to better clean and repaint some components on the engine itself and in the engine bay. I also need to replace a few hoses and recomission the aircon.

Q; Can anyone help me out with their own experiences for engine removal on V8 Masers of this period, ie: engine & gearbox out together or apart, images or technical articles, blogs etc that you have written or come across that could be of some help.
