    July 23, 2011 Mogulaire Concours will be at Wente Vineyards and our Jet Reception at the Livermore Airport. Tickets are now available at Ticketmaster and Wente's box office. Only 2,500 available. 500 VIP and 2,000 GA.

    They were good at directing us to the area for the Ferraris to park. Breakfast was supposed to be from 7:30 to 9:30. I never did find out where. We were told to be next to our cars at 9:30 am for judging. At 2:00 pm, no judges, nothing. Just standing around next to our cars. Mogulaire Inc. was supposed to judge the 2000 and newer Ferraris. They never came. And neither will I.

    Car shows are tricky. Gotta figure that the first year will have some kinks. I remember vowing to never return to CI after a bad experience. After a number of years I returned and had a great time and would not hesitate to go again.

    Anyone take any pics?

    Nate is 100% accurate. In addition, as far as I know, there was only one place on the grounds to buy food or drinks – you can imagine the length of the line and the time spent waiting. I’m not sure if all the spectator tickets were sold – $100. per ticket seems high. If this event takes place next year, I’ll probably go (less than 10 minutes from my house), but I’d expect there to be significant improvements based on the lessons (hopefully) learned from this year’s event.

    Beautiful location – great weather.
