    Hey guys,
    I just listed my former rental property for sale. I have attached a link to it below. Great house. I house from the intercoastal. 2 blocks from public/free boat launch. Minutes to beach, 95, Palm Beach Gardens Mall, Turnpike, etc. It's a 3/2.5 with a half bath downstairs. Garage is AIR CONDITIONED and comes with a Rotary 7K pound lift. No HOA. Nice place.     The house has three single garage doors in the front of the house and one door in rear of garage. It's actually is UNDER CONTRACT already....Went fast. It's a great, unique home. I loved owning it. Thanks. ARA

    My in laws used to live on the IC at the end of Pleasant Road, and we redid that house on Ellison Wilson that had a blue tarp on it for 5 years after the hurricanes of 04-05. Looks like the place you are selling is a pretty good deal! Good luck with the sale.

    That's TOO funny. I know that house......That tarp was on it a long time. House sold in two days. Tons of car guys viewed the property, but a gentleman bought it to make a gym upstairs and store his cars downstairs....Go figure....It was a great place for me to store all my cars and rent upstairs (the renters did not have access to my garage). ARA

    Thanks for the congrats. I do not have any cars I want to sell, but thank you. My residence has room/garage for all of them but am going to get a 2 car lift so i can get my first Ferrari and have room for another car. ARA
