What a little brat. The parents should be more strict, as it seems that the only punishment he got was a weekend of no videogames.

WTF, ok first off this kid has to learn the English language not some ghetto speak, second the kid has to lay off the donuts he must weigh 150lbs, third how the f*** can that dip**** look over the steering wheel and hit the gas pedal at the same time, fourth what did he hit to do that to the car obviously not side-swiping a curb and hitting a sign, and fifth why does grandma have rims on her truck.

No videogames for the weekend, this kid oughta get the belt/paddle/spoon anything to make his poor fat @$$ cry and not do it again.

Yet another reason to ban the Automatic Transmission.

The little**** would never have gotten out of the driveway if he had to drive a stick.

That is about a mile from where I work. The apartment complex and Costco are between my house and work, I'm surprised this didn't make a bigger stink locally. What a brat. Maybe grandma will be able to afford less twinkies for Jr. gangsta since I would bet her insurance won't cover this. Damn, that kid needs some exercise, not video games!

i think the grandma should put the kid to work, mowing 20 lawns a weekend at 20 bucks a pop for 20 years should cover the damages (not to mention get him some much needed exercise). that's gotta suck, i can only imagine an insurance company calling me and saying "look, we know you weren't driving, but we're not covering the 50,000 in damages your kid made, so it's on you, good luck!"

Nothing will be done and he will continue down this path until he is a resident of the FL penitentiary ---- lives with Gmom--trust me she ain't doing shi% for him.... I believe up here every 5th young black male lives with their Gmother---Just had a 16 yr old recently who lives with Gmom get into a high speed chase with us. We figured out who it was about mid way thru the chase and just let him go because we figured we would get him another day.. 3 days later he tryed to rob some guy after selling the guy drugs and ended up shooting at the guy 3 times...He now is facing attemtped murder charges... This little pudgey bastard will go down the same path----mark my word..

Haven't you heard Obama's Rev. Wright? Ebonics is just another language. LOL, right?

If Obama is pres. expect Ebonics to become even more normal.

The kid's parents need to be watched for child endangerment. They're obviously terrible parents. This kid will be a murderer by the time he's 14.

I believe it was the LA Board of Ed that considered some of their students bilingual because they spoke Ebonics and English

Why because he's black? Sorry but that comment smacks of racism. I suspect Obama has a better education and vocabulary than you do.

Did I say anything about the color of his skin? I don't care if somone is black, blue, yellow or green. It's all about a persons character.

Have you listen to what his "former" pastor has said? That's the answers right there.

I'm sure his vocabulary is better than mine. Probably better than your as well.:)

In the essence of not straying off topic and having a legitiment thread locked. Let's agree to disagree with our political views. Not that there are any good runners in the race. lol

I wasn't reproving you comment against Rev Wright. I think that view is more than valid when you regard what he's said. My issue is your lumping of Obama in with Wright with the Ebonics statement. Given what Wright has said and what Obama has been campaigning on the only thing that would lead to such an association is the fact that both are black. Their views of the world couldn't be farther apart.

And you're right this is a valid thread, so I'll end on a joke.

it would be interesting to see what happens with this kid, they said in the video that he's too young for juvie (he ain't too young, i think they're afraid he'll get in with the wrong crowd, well, guess what, he's already there) but they arrested him to try to get him some help. anyone that's 7 years old and has something like this on their record may be too far gone for help, imo, so what can they do for him?

Wow! What a sweet story about family values. Good thing grandma tricked out her Durango with rims and low-profile tires.
