I’m a bit upset with myself for missing the last one on BAT. I had been checking every other week for the past 6 months for a good one and totally didn’t see the last one. Was a local car too. Aside from the interior being black, was pretty much what I was looking for. I probably would’ve re done the interior to my liking.

Man. You didn't post on Fchat! I probably would've grabbed it at $35k. Motor must sound sick! Worth the $10k spent?

haha.. you are probably right.. i had several folks lined up which should of been my first clue i didnt ask enough for it.. yeah the engine ripped. Full race spec head, 10:1 pistons, Dcoe 45 carbs.. I built the motor myself and well worth the investment. I found this car in a Maine barn where it sat for almost 20 years. Originally from AZ and rust free but it had an old repaint in red that wasnt great.

Ive been a member here for a long time but as a lurker. I didnt really feel right posting here until i owned the brand.

I took a quick look at it when I dropped my car off for service. Very nice looking driver.

Interesting. Only 1 pic? Plum would definitely fall in my "funky" colors category, but the price doesn't seem too bad. What color was the interior?

It's a great color. That was the original color of mine and the previous owner painted it red. I would of preferred the Prugna.

@ShineKen - Interior is black. Definitely a funky color, but also a really cool one. The RPM guys are pretty old school, but they are very, very good (see some of the videos on their site). I am sure if you give them a call, they'll give you a good overview of the car and can send along more pics.

Frankly, if I thought my wife wouldn't kill me for getting another toy, I would be thinking about picking it up!
