http://sfbay.craigslist.org/nby/car/331493329.html Not a lot of details and small pics. Price: $28500 Note: Not my car, just dreaming.
Pretty car, the ad reads like a dealer car. No serial number so you can't check the registry. No phone or contact info, I guess email seller? James in Denver
She's a series 1 car. That color was avail on a GT4. No serial # in the ad, somebody contact him and I'll let you know what I have on it.
From the seller: The serial no. is 10800. The timing belt and rubber hoses in the engine compartment were changed about one year ago. No major work has been needed recently, just routine maintenance. The car has some paint chips but no dents. Air conditioning was blowing cold last season. I am a private seller and have had the car for over 20 years.
You bought from Mr. Lent back in 1986 didn't you? EDIT: OOPS!, ok I get it now. Thats the reply from the owner. OK He bought it in 1986 from a Mr. Lent.
The e-mail I got was from Mr. Lent. Maybe he's had it longer than 20 years? Maybe he didn't complete the sale you have on file from 1986? Perfusion pointed out to me that it has a Dino horn button and looks like Dino hood badge.
No prob...lemme just rummage through the couch for some spare change, and it'll be a done-deal. I wish.
What is it with all the GT4s all the sudden? Price has gone up and now sellers are coming out of the woodwork? It's a good thing I'm not rich, because my yard would look like a Ferrari storehouse! Birdman
