I just bought a '77 GTB and the first problem is that the passenger door sags in the back, the intake vent is about 1/2" down from proper alignment. Misalignment is also evident at front of door by uneven gap. The door will not close or latch. Is there an adjustment inside the door or does this have to be fixed at the hinge?
    Thanks,

Replace the door hinge pins and c clips. You'll be good to go after that. Pins are kinda cheap and the c clips are about .10 cents at a hardware store.

Welcome.....it shims at the hinges.....behind the bulkhead trim plate.

It could be the pins.........maybe. Odd, that the less used passenger side would be worn most though.

Thanks for the tip Matteo, I have a little sag with my driver's door too. Sounds easy for me to do.

As do I...not much, but if it's that cheap to repair, why not do both sides "for good measure!"

Thanks, I will try the hinge pins. I hope that does it.
Also, thanks for the welcome notes.
This 308 is my second Ferrari, I had a 330 GT years back so I kind of know what it takes to own a Ferrari.
I rescued the 308 GTB #21737 from a used car dealer in Colorado, who didn't understand the car, he was just hashing at it. I've helped it out a little so far. I haven't driven it as, my friend, an experienced Ferrari mechanic told me not to drive it until I change the timing belts. I trust his advice so there it sets while I decide where to get the parts.

Our in-house, favorite Ferrari parts guy (okay, I won't speak for everybody, but MY favorite) is Daniel @ Ricambi America - a forum sponsor.

    www.ricambiamerica.com

His FChat name is "Jack Russel Racing" - PM him with the parts that you need, and I'm willing to bet that he's got it in-stock, and at a very competitive price.

    Welcome to the 3x8 group!!!!

A good idea, if belt age is unknown......

    I have 22127 and 22641.

Replace tensioner bearings as well, and while you are at it, every rubber line under the hood!

    Good luck!
