The ~7/8" diameter round plug at the bottom of the e-brake lever/fulcrum/whatever you call it.

The piston seals in the caliper were all replaced 3 years ago.

What is involved in stopping this leak?

I assume that area is pressurized while braking?

Or is there another internal seal that is leaking into the e-brake mechanism, letting it run out around the bottom plug??

My service manual doesn't have diagrams of the calipers.

There is a small o ring in there that could have easily been missed. It’s not a difficult job to rebuild the caliper. You may not even need to do the pistons or piston seals. There are some excellent tutorials on this here.
I did 4 of mine with no experience and they all work perfectly.

Mine was doing exactly that. O ring on the adjuster shaft as per above solved it. There’s also o rings on the handbrake lever shaft. Easy job. You’d do both rear callipers in a day.
