    Also, if an officer writes you up a "Warning" Ticket with the offense being "Traffic Hazard"....what does that mean and do to you?

    Totally serious. Phil is my step-brother and runs a decal shop on Long Island. Cops love to harass his customers and he has sent hundreds if not thousands of these kids to Frank. Frank will plea out the points, you'll pay a larger fine and kick Frank some cash -- but the points will go away.

    I got a 4 point ticket in "Unincorporated Chemung County New York" while coming home from Watkins Glen once. $250 later, no points and it was all taken care of. Totally worth it.

    As for the "warning" throw it away. It's nothing.

    One note about getting tickets in Nassau County - they do not plea down to zero points for speeding violations.....UNLESS you have a good atty. If you have a non-speeding violation, just show up to court and plea it down to a non-moving violation (and no points) yourself without problems.

    Not that I know first hand, or anything......;^)
