Has anyone who has ordered an 812 have had the order show up on their myferrari login page? My F12 order came up very quickly but nothing so far for the 812. Just curious.

Mine doesn't appear either - I guess there's a delay going into MODIS.

Good question. Looking back, when I ordered my F12 in July last year, it showed up within a week, and then sat there with no status updates until a couple of weeks ago.

I assume the 812 orders were loaded around early March (Geneva), but don't show up almost a month later.

I have been hearing of cases where the dealer has taken a deposit, but doesn't have enough allocations to load the order. I guess time to check via the dealer that the order is actually in MODIS.

From what I understand orders being in MODIS are a couple of months away - that may vary by country.

Consistent with the dealer informing me today that the options list & prices won't be ready until the Summer.

    Hello every body,
it took me quite a few years to find this page. It´s great.
Today I received my order confirmation for the 812. The European net Price is
    € 236,760.00
The options prices are quite the same as for the F 12.
Delivery ist estimated for March / April 2020.
Well, time to enjoy the F 12.
I´ve had the 8 cylinders before, but I prefer the way the 12 cylinder delivers his power.
Will have a meeting with the real metal next month.
    Kind regards to you all
    Alex

Are you sure the price is 236,760 Euro???

Perhaps you mean 263, 760 Euro.

Also you say first delivery is March 2020 which is three years from today.
March 2018 might be more accurate.

Net price of €236K could make sense if "net" means "excluding VAT" I guess (with a typical 20% VAT rate that would be €284K list price...)

That makes sense as UK base cost is £250k approx inc VAT. If the French elections were to go the wrong way and euro collapses, I don't expect a price cut for us.

    Welcome Heidy.
Since I'm in the US I didn't consider the VAT.
Good that you have an F12 to enjoy until March 2020.

236.760 Eur is without VAT. In Germany it is 281.745,00 Eur inkl. VAT.

Thanks for the info and explanation of the NET Euro price.

I read in another thread where an FChatter had quoted the Euro price of the 812 and that was much higher. Now I understand that quoted price must have included the VAT.

Does anyone recall the NET Euro price of the F12? I wanted to know how much of a price increase there was.

(Ferrari still hasn't announced the 812 price in the USA. I'm hoping the fall of the Euro will be reflected to some degree)

The Swiss price net VAT is 318 K CHF

The EU markets price net VAT is 236 K euro

If we exchange Euros to CHF with a 0.94 exchange rate that translates to 255K CHF

Is the 60K premium for Swiss customers due to better warranty and length of free maintenance? Or else is it just Swiss taxes?

nope, same warranty as in the rest of the EU. I took it as a lever to bargain, but w/o success.... on the otherhand, I haven't heard of Swiss quotes later than beginning 2019.

There is still a standard "Euro-discount" of 7% in CH - although it does not make up for the variance. Another 3-10% discount can be negotiated. Again CH remains a large and very profitable market.....

I hope that CH buyers can negotiate some sort of a discount. 60,000 CHF upcharge for being in Switzerland seems unfair. Maybe its part of the costs for not being in EU. Otherwise you could buy the car in France Germany or Italy. All three of those EU nation are probably no more than a few hour car or train ride away.

Problem is to get the car registered as Switzerland is not part of the EU and many countries have internal registration duties/taxes on cars....
