I didn't enjoy the design of the Roma until I saw it in person and it made me appreciate it much more. I think this will be the same for alot of people. A little too retro looking for me.

This! Can someone also photoshop the front black strip into body color as well? Curious to see how that changes the look...

I showed this to my daughters and first thing they asked was "is this an electric?" The front just looks too much like a Lucid the way it is....

I throw this out to any and all … name one good Wow factor thing about this new car. I specifically said a good wow factor thing. So ‘wow it’s fugly’ doesn’t count lol.

But seriously … name me even one positive new aspect that makes you go “Wow!”

    I’ll wait …

Is it too late to ask to have the camouflage be put back on? Uninspiring. Overhyped.

Overhyped. Basically what they did is. Take the Roma, add the rear of the sf90 that it, design the bonnet a bit to make itlook like the daytona, with the interior being a blend of roma and PS. Engine wise they took the Comp engine, made it more civilised and a lot more quiet ( due to sound regulations) while piping some of the (fake) sound into the cabin.
All of that for a base price not far from 60% above the 812 SF
This is exactly what I was predicting a year or two ago. They’ve reused a mix of elements of all cars to make a new high production model with no new technological / performance improvements only to sell a car at nearly double the price of the 812 once options will be accounted for…and a design that is not cohesive and messy at best.
Sorry but peak Ferrari for me end with LaFerrari and the F12Tdf. Nothing comes close to those two cars in terms of design, emotions. All of the plethora of new cars these days are just pure high volume marketing with no further engine development at increasingly higher prices. I’d rather buy an older limited edition, scarce piece of art rather than participating in boosting the share price

Well that is the genius of the design isn’t it. It’s both Futuristic while also Retro inspired.

Comments like this makes manzoni's head bigger. His designs are barely encouraging nor exciting for me. A good car design is not only good in pictures but better when it seen in the flesh as well. This car have several incoherent design features to it. You want to know what Manzoni's trademark is? The face of the car does not fit the aesthetics of its body and its rear.

That idiot manzoni has grown arrogant as time goes by. Not only is he a credit grabber(f12 design is not his), he is also a design fraud as well.

A longer, wider car is much more imposing on people in the street. This is why Ferrari makes them this way. The formula is low wide and long. Take a look at the svj

There is nothing ground breaking about this car. The aero is a gimmick. Doesn’t have active suspension. Power is up barely 30 hp from 7 year old predecessor. Portofino meets Daytona styling is gratuitous fanboy service and too feminine and restrained to a fault in my view. This is an exercise in incrementalism. Maybe it IS best that they sunset this model type after this. They seem to have run out of ideas.
