10,000 in the EU, Ferrari is no where near producing 10,000 in any one year for EU countries, not even close:

And, you do understand there was literally no Euro 7 regulation until 6 weeks ago? There is no expectation that the dodici cilinidri could possibly "comply" with a regulation that did not exist until then. Plus that regulation (if you read the links I supplied) introduces new regulations for "emissions" of brakes and tires ! And of course there no way that has occurred yet either..

and, based on percentages, Ferrari total production would need to be close to 30,000 /year to exceed 10,000 for the EU, and that appears to be completely impossible (unless Ferrari introduces 'economy' cars with a very low price or they buy Maserati and start making V8/V6 for those models, as they were previously making the engines for Maserati but is no longer, actually drying up a notable revenue source)

Below are very high quality renderings from 12Cilindri that were posted on the 3D Export website.

These are images from various angles, high resolution with perfect detail, from various angles, very good for analyzing the beautiful design of the 12Cilindri.

At the end of the post, there are the links in HD and the credits.

The first picture of the red 12 C coupe was taken from a video presented by a journalist. The second image, which is part of the batch of images that Ferrari made available and which are embellished, shows the 12 C from a similar angle. As you can see, the visual result of the picture and the image is quite different.
This is the reason why it is not possible to correctly evaluate the aesthetics of a car through pictures and images. You have to see the car with your own eyes.

Ferrari made a video spoken in italian and titled "Flavio Manzoni explains to us the new Ferrari 12 cilindri".
This video reminds me of that Andersen story "The King is Naked". In short, there was a very vain king who had an outfit for every hour of the day. One day two crooks arrived in the city. They claimed to know how to weave a fabric that only foolish people could not see. The king thought that it would be an extraordinary dress and that he could identify the intelligent people of his kingdom this way. When the two crooks decided that the dress was finished, they helped the king put it on.Hence “clothed” and accompanied by his ministers, the sovereign presented himself to his people, who also intended to see and admire his clothes. Only a little boy dared to tell the truth: “But the king is naked!” Everyone agreed and the king realized that he had been fooled.

You're not alone. First time I had ever heard anyone (other than myself), let alone several people use that term describing a Ferrari, ever.....that and "a flop" was the consensus at the C&C around the time.

    Ah. No biggie. I'm done.

From the explanation I think that, by removing the "physical" link between the pedal and the braking, any reactions from the electronics will be hidden (like, with older ABS, one could feel it in the pedal - with modern ABS it had kind of vanished, but maybe with the next-gen ABS , side slip control and all of these it would tend to re-appear and disturb the driver).

Brake-by-wire sounds unappealing at face value. Though it's not like assisted brakes typically have great pedal feel. And I've heard good things about the feel in the 296.

If they're able to add firmness and linearity, it could be an improvement vs conventional assisted brakes. And if they can make it work in the 296, with all the added complication of adjusting for regeneration forces, it should be a piece of cake in an ICE-only car.

I haven't tried it myself, so we will see. But I am encouraged by what others that I trust like @Caeruleus11 have told me. So I'm excited to see for myself.

As it won't be anytime soon that I'll be able to see the 12 C coupé in person, I'm still very divided on whether I like the car or not.

Looking at the super-produced and quite artificial images that Ferrari presented of the 12 C, the coupé looks appealing from most angles, although we know that in real life we will probably never contemplate the car from those angles in which it is seen from above. Below are comparative examples between the produced images that Ferrari presented and the real pictures of the car without any photoshop. The difference is very significant, making the rear of the red 12 C coupé much less appealing than the one in the images presented by Ferrari. In the case of the front/side view of the white 12 C coupé, we can also notice that what the Ferrari image shows is different from what appears in the picture of the real car.

I was unsure of it when told at launch, but had it on my 2021 SF90 AF and it was excellent.. surprised to the upside. Imagine it’s been improved later with 296.

With the exception of the last real pic of the white spider (where the real car looks better than the rendered pic) these look to be taken with a 28mm iPhone lens? This will give an unrealistic perspective. The renders are set in something like the more natural-to-the-human-eye 50mm.

I agree that both the type of lens used in photos of the 12 C and the enhancement and beautification that Ferrari carried out in the images it released of the car have a great influence on what we see. That's why I only trust the lenses that are my eyes to decide whether or not I like the 12 C after I've seen it in person.:)

I must say I am impressed by how quickly this thread and the other 12C threads have slowed down on this website after the release of the car. Is it the tepid response to the design?
Pictures, lenses and photoshop notwithstanding a great car design looks great no matter how you look at it- in the flesh or in photos.
Can’t say that works for many of Manzoni’s designs where they all have some oddities. It doesn’t mean I don’t like them- they just are far from perfect.
