I don't know if my sketch has anything to do with the final design, but I think this style wouldn't be so bad. I took a sketch of the SP48 Unica with the nice hips and modified it heavily to get GT proportions. My intention was to reinterpret a bit of the curves of a 250 GTO or 275 GTB from the back. Pure imagination...
That was exactly my intention! Here's a subtle color change to dark blue (inside) and Argento, Grigio Titanio or Grigio Ferro (outside)... we can still dream. NA V12... what else?
I really love the Fchat's ritual for every new model The first rumors, and then the first glimpses by @day355; after that the skteches by @ingegnere, the renders by@isot, the reveal, the first deliveries. Awesome. Fchat forever
Surprised to see a positive post, without criticism Hopefully a good sign of things to come for 812 replacement! Also hope they let mere mortals/non-VIP acquire at some point during production, since the only NA left would otherwise be Icona and the rumored VIP-only Purosangue....
Just... not too sculpted please! We're (Ferrari are) currently borderline oversculpting, overdesigning...
I haven’t even got my GTS yet and this place makes me start craving a new unseen model without any real information on its engine!! Damn!
In the end all of this is highly subjective. If i remember correctly you said the 296 design is a lot better design compared with the SF90 stradale.( When the car was not revealed yet); I think the exact opposite..
F167 has already been 5 years "in design", we "hear" that there is no point to designing a new V12 (due to current regulatory 'environment'), so, it is just the same engine from the 812C with a few tweaks, why is it about 2 more years before the reveal? For that matter, why is the FUV taking so long to be revealed? According to @day355 the body design is complete... To me, there is a rather big change in the engine, otherwise, why is its development taking so very long?
