Does this button change anything for most people? Mine doesn't seem to do anything different.

In my ‘19 superfast and ‘23 GTS, it definitely did something.

Drive the same route several days in a row on race mode without bumpy on

then drive the same route in sport with bumpy on ; I think you’ll see the difference

of course, the road on the route needs to have some imperfections for you to notice the change!

I’m in Michigan, and the roads here are … exquisitely terrible

If your roads are fairly smooth you might not really notice, especially if you are riding on Pirelli tires, which have a stiffer sidewall and ride than the Michelin tires. I also think the system self adjusts within a range, again, if your roads are fairly smooth, you wouldn’t notice very much. I find it most helpful with lots of repeating undulations or little bumps like a cobblestone road, but even then, the affect is not tremendous, just a refinement of whats there to begin with.

There is not as much difference as on the F12, when I first got a Superfast I thought it did not do much. It seems to work more on the GTS.

I sometimes drive on old cobblestone roads in the old parts of the town, and my country house community also has the cobblestone driveway so I do feel the difference.

Though it seems to mostly have the largest impact at slow speeds, indeed.

Driving above 50 mph I do not think you’ll feel a lot of difference on the highway as the car just slices through any road imperfections in any case…

in my F12 it dramatically makes the car more bouncy to the point it is too floaty sometimes. i leave it in sport most of the time. anyone else able to control their bumpy road to be less bouncy and more just absorbing the bumps?

Race mode w/ bumpy mode and manual mode (never auto) seems to work just fine in my F12 for city runs. Can definitely tell the difference w/ bumpy mode ON over the bad city streets.

I rarely use bumpy mode. I just don't feel that much of a difference in the 812SF. In my 458 it was very useful and a noticeable difference.

In Europe where road quality is generally excellent, I never use bumpy road setting. In US where road quality is generally crappy, I use bumpy road setting every drive.

Negligible difference in bumpy road setting with 812SF. Much more noticeable difference in F12.
