    Hi!
At the end of May, I acquired a new (to me) 2019 812SF.
I’ve loved every second of it - in fact I’ve driven it nearly every day.
I got it with just 2300 miles
    It now is approaching 6000

I know it’s very dependent on driving conditions, driving style, track v. Road use - but is there an average timetable In which I should be looking at tire replacement?

Or maybe some of you can tell me approximately how many miles you had before you got new tires?

I know I’m not there yet, but I’m just trying to prepare.

once your tread wear indicators are level with the tire's tread then its time to replace

My past experience with higher mileage V12 Ferraris is around 8k miles for the rears and maybe 12k for the fronts. Also, be sure to check the tread across the entire tire, its possible its wearing more on the inside.

I think he meant in just over a month. He acquired a used 2019 car in May. That's not that extreme. It's 4k miles in 1.5 month.

Anyway, you can wear it to the indicators, but personally I prefer to look at new tyres when 2 mm are left. Those are wide shoes and they get squirrely in the wet. Additionally, if your car is fitted with Pirellis, make sure you get the Michelins next time. Tramlining will be gone, better grip as well as a smoother and quieter ride.

You will know it is the time when rear goes wide even with sport setting :)
Do afew donuts when the time comes.

As for the front, turn the wheel and check thread wear on the inside to find out but I would change all 4 tires at once for the peace of mind.

I actually find that the fronts wear more on the outside than on the inside when running factory alignment. So little camber and so much understeer, it really scrubs the outside off when the cars are driven in a spirited fashion. Will also point out that more often than not, the fronts wear just as fast as the rears due to this. Unless you go everywhere sideways and do constant wheel peels, your fronts will wear about as fast as your rears.
Keep an eye on pressures. They do tend to spike rather aggresivelywhen they get hot and that's just no bueno.

Thank you all very much for the responses!

And yes ... >4K miles since I got it, which was the end of May!

Detroit weather and roads aren’t pretty Come late fall / winter, so I might as well enjoy it while I can.

    As a follow-up to this -

Over the last two days, I keep getting the low tire pressure warning, despite the PSI looking ok.
The front drivers side is the repeat offender. I have noticed it running hotter than the rest - and now today both drivers side tires running hotter.

I’m not really sure how to Interpret this

Put more air into tire and tpms reset then wait and see how pressure changes.

Turn to the left more often might help. Sorry. :)

For the warning you might want to try a hard power reboot as well. I see your green wrench is saying its time to feed your Ferrari service department. They activate it using an app that is tied to seasonal revenues.

First thinng's first. Set your initial pressures with a quality gauge. Do this cold in the morning. Then reset the tpms.

Something else you need to be aware of. Look at your rears. The hotter tyre has the lower pressure. Your pressures are not properly set from the get go. This does not help matters.

Again, quality gauge in the morning before tyres heat up. Can't stress this enough.

Now when your pressures have been properly set, then see how it acts. If you get significant hotter tyres in one side both front and rear, chances are that you need both a corner balancing as well as an alignment. There should not be that kind of difference.
