812 Window express down/up issue

Are the windows on the 812 always express down and up? If I push the window button to put the window down, it will automatically goes down all the way. Same with putting it up. The only way to stop it is to hit it again quickly. Is this normal operation on your cars? Passenger side does the same thing.

 

I downloaded an owners manual and it seems that anything longer than .3 seconds will activate express mode. So I guess you just have to keep bumping the button to manually put it down or express it down or up and then bump the button where you want it to stop.
