My 812 was recently featured in a video by a local radar and laser countermeasures expert. I know laser jamming isn't legal everywhere, but it is legal in my state. When I took delivery of my 812 I had it immediately completely PPF wrapped and then it went off to this shop in the video to have all the countermeasures put in.

Some of you might be interested to see how my install was done before you look to have something done on your car. My goal was to keep it as stealthy as possible, while still performing. It's certainly worked well for me over the year+ I've owned the car. Feel free to check out the video where it goes over the install. Also featured in the video is a Roma that is in the process of having everything done.

I'm a fan of DIY absolutely everything, but I wouldn't mind paying for this workmanship. It's way better than what most of us can do! Amazing work.

I rarely see cops out anymore. Another new problem is that 5G leakage is causing Ka alerts on my 360 detectors in all my cars. Not sure these permanent installs are worth the money. I paid $600 for the window mount units and I have 3 for less than the price of one built in.

This is my assumption because it only recently started happening and most of the spots are close to cell towers but some are just in the middle of a neighborhood. I am afraid that as more 5g gets turned on, these detectors are just going to be noisemakers, similar to how the older ones are with the blind spot detectors.
