83’ 308 QV does not want to start

My “new” 308 decided to leave up to my expectations (aka fears) and after I arrive home from work it did not wanted to start.
The story:
1-Started perfectly this morning and this afternoon on my way back
2- my way back is about 10miles...some traffic, not a lot...car came rolling with very little stop and go
3- Houston weather was about 95F...car reached a max temp of 200F and did not pass from there
4- stopped the car for 2 min
5- tried to start the car again and did not wanted to start
6- after my 3rd attempt eventually started with a very “clumsy” noise...after some seconds and a couple of accelerations it was back to normal

Any ideas...I’m a new Ferrari owner and this is my dream car. Help

Take a deep breath. Relax. These are great cars. There are a lot of untrue urban legends about their persnicketyness.

Yes, you have a problem, but no, it is not a permanent thing. You'll sort it out, maybe there will be another glitch or two, but once they are sorted you will have a great car, like so many of us here already have.
