    Hi Board,

This is my first real post, and I have no exprience with Ferrari's what-so-ever. What little I do know, I've learned from reading and lurking around the board. I was just wondering...

Did any of you guys see that '84 boxer 512bbi that has recently been seen on Ebay...a dealer in the northeast had it (CT, maybe?), it only had 2700 kilometers on the clock. It had a starting bid of 80k, and the "Buy it Now" was 125K. It was relisted several times, with no takers. (sorry, no link, it's not currently listed, but has been for most of the last several weeks). A dealer in the Northeast had it (CT maybe?). He advertised it as "for the serious collector". It was red, with a tan dash, and the door sill carpeting had plastic on it (like it was meant to be new, I guess, I don't know if it was the original plastic though). I never saw any discussion of it on this board, which I found suprising, because it did look to be a very unique example.

For anyone who's familiar with the car I'm talking about, does anybody know anything about that car, or who it belongs (belonged) to? I'm just asking because at first blush, it looked to be a one of a kind car, and I find one-of-a-kind's interesting just in general.

    Thanks,

With only 2700 klicks on it (if true) it will make a nice museum piece. Sitting KILLS these cars. There is probably rust in the cylinders!
To make it drivable again would cost at least half the purchase price.
