Hi I have an 84 Mondial QV.
I have done the following based on reading other posts in here:

Put the car on a slight slope with the nose up.
Engine running, heater on full, cooling reservior full, cap open.
Open radiator bleed screw, steady stream comes out then close.
Open thermostat housing bleed screw, steady stream comes out, then
    close.

    Still no heat.

The heater hose in the front trunk leading through the bulkhead into
the dash area is still empty, I can feel it is empty by pushing on it
with a finger, you can hear a gurgle since there is air in the line
    here.

    All help most appreciated,
    Dave

Not sure if you have done this...Check to make sure when you are bleeding the system that the heater is on..to the full hot position. If you are not getting any function from the heater controls themselves, first thing to check is the vacuum line connections under the center console. These rubber lines become brittle with age and develop leaks. If you have any of the lines leaking it will render parts of the system inoperable.
