Getting ready to change fuel injectors on my Euro QV and need some clarification on O -rings needed.. going to be ordering items from Autohaus AZ. So far I have ..
    Brass fuel injectors P/N 0437502047
    Green injector seal P/N 034133557E
But reading through old archived threads it seems there is an O-ring that also needs to be changed out? Anyone have a link or possibly vendor part number? Sales person for Autohaus Was no help. Thanks

Do a search on "101031" (that's the F part number for the o-ring that you might need for the bushing -- the bushing, and how it mounts to the intake manifold, is car manufacturer specific so not Bosch) -- for about 30 prior threads with pictures. The bushing 113309 may also need replacing, and our "400i guy" make a very nice replacement from a better material at a very reasonable price -- information about that should be somewhere in those same threads (although I note the price for the stock 113309 part from RA is now not super-crazy like it was before ;)).

    Thank you Steve.
The P/N I listed for the injectors/green seals were taken from previous threads for the QV. I understood it that the F -chat member building the redesigned seals were for a 2v engine? I probably should read that thread again more thoroughly. Thank you again for the O ring part number listing!

Kim, quick tip : if your car is anything like mine, there will be lots of gunk around the injectors where they enter the manifold. Clean that up really nicely with some cleaner and some Q-tips, to keep all that crap from falling in to the manifold when you take the injectors off.

Also, the injectors come out very very easily if you have the proper puller.

Just to be clear, you still need the green "donut" o-ring that goes between the injector and the bushing -- those are a "Bosch" part (so getting them from Autohuas AZ is fine).

Thanks for the heads up! I Purchased an injection puller a couple of years ago from Seattle M5. fwiw, I had mentioned in a previous thread that my car dropped the front bank of cylinders. Turns out it was the coil wire not properly seated in the front coil. Also re-read a post you made about not changing the gap on the NGK radium plugs. Put a new set in and left the gap alone, you were right, seemed to burn the fuel a little more efficiently and not smell so gassy. Car starts and runs well but still has a slight miss. Started it last night in the dark but observed no arcing. Pulled the plugs again and they all look like they’re firing as they should. Thought it wouldn’t hurt to change injectors as I’m sure it’s been quite a few years ( if ever ) and having the car set for seven months probably didn’t help that at all.

I use Mr. Injector to clean and restore injectors on my Porsche. I'm sure they'd do just as good a job on the 308's. The service comes with a before and after flow report as well. $ 17.50 each. No affiliation. http://www.mrinjector.us

There might not be room in there for an injector puller. Try using a 1/2" nut screwed to the injector, with a pry bar. I know the threads are different, but you will get it on there enough for it to work. Wrap some duct tape on the pry bar so you don't scratch anything. Use for installation as well.
