With some great advise I was able to get the mondial running, but not untill after bypassing the secondary fuel pump sensor with a jumper wire. Now that it is running it is running very rich. Does anyone have any ideas on what is causing the secondary relay to not work? I have tried other relays with no success. Could it be the fuse block itself? Are the fuse block and PCB separate?

I pulled the fuse/relay panel completely out of the car and went through it. It apparently had a bad connection and i was able to repair it.

Isn't it great when you answer your own question? Just be carefull you don't start arguing with yourself, I. get weird looks when I do that.
