The time has come to sell my 328. I have spent 9 years driving, restoring and sharing my beautiful car. It has just under 77,000 miles on it. I am asking $85,000 for her. As the second owner, I have spent my time putting as many original parts into the car to fix what has worn over time, to restore her to her original glory. The car has been maintained by a thirty plus year, Ferrari trained, Master Mechanic. I have all the records for work that was done and a few records from the original owner. I have contacted him and he has no other records or spare parts. The last belt service was done by my mechanic at 68,000 miles. Replaced parts include: Steering rack, wheels, blower motors, blower switches, headlights, fuel lines, oil lines, a/c compressor and a/c clutch, rear cargo cover, targa top cover, cat converter, o2 sensor, spark plugs, plug extensions, plug wires, distributer seals, side marker lights, trunk pull cable and puller bracket, door rubber, trunk rubber, battery cover nuts, side mirror caps, pedal covers, and more. Included accessories: Emergency light, manual window crank, tire fitting rod, complete jack set in leather case, complete tool kit in leather case, owners manual and service history books in leather case. I also have spare parts available for sale, including: Metric fasteners, metric clip nuts, one fog light, rear view mirror, a/c clutch switch, blower switches, window switches, a 308 headlight assembly, a 308 a/c cover, new window rubber, Restoration: I had the car disassembled and completely repainted at a Ferrari repair specialist shop in Los Angeles. I also had the engine bay paint freshened up including the air box cover, the overflow tank and other engine related areas. During this restoration, it was discovered that the hood had been poorly fixed after being bent while improperly closed. It was replaced with a new hood and proper lift catch assembly. I have all the old parts that were replaced, except the old cat converter, the old steering rack, and the old targa cover. The car’s paint looks better than new with no orange peel, swirls or scratches. The car was painted the original red and clear coated. I have put over 13,000 care free miles on this car. It runs great, does not overheat, the a/c blows cold and it is very fun to drive! Nice looking example. Looks like belt service was done 11000 miles ago. What was the year and month of the service?

Beautiful car .. looks flawless Was any major engine work/rebuild done .. do you compression numbers or any leak down tests performed Sent from my moto g power using Tapatalk
No engine work or rebuilds done. I have not done a leak down or compression check. The engine runs smoothly and strong so I have not done these tests.
Cool that it wears a Hollywood Sport Cars license plate frame. Do you know if they originally sold the car? Neat little piece of history.
No kidding! I would have given it a REALLY hard look prior to finding my 360. I love the 3X8 series like you don't know (!) and this would have been a car from those I had looked at that I would have probably popped for.
Whoa I have some old photos from our trips to LA of that place and others as well as videos my father took back in the day on my youTube. What is the original license plate? I wonder if anything matches...tho I guess probably most cars would have not had a plate when it was still on dealer lot now that I think about it. Pretty cool tho!
its CarsAndComet the video I have of Hollywood sports cars is here Who knows. Ferrari stuff starts about halfway through. Maybe the 328 in the video is same one. If you like that check out the full retro playlist I have as well at this link below: https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL2Fta_dj_AQPe0Wmr3zowqhnZshuRkMmP Anyhow should probably not hijack this thread. Good luck to seller. The 328 looks nice!
