I'm in the middle of a bunch of updates on my car: cambelts/tensioners, new Sanden AC, fuel hose, etc..), and I'm coming up with one missing part:

Can anybody tell me with any certainty what type of fastener the A/C tensioner pulley mounts with on the top pivot point? This is the upper hole, not the slotted one on the bottom.

I bagged and labeled all my parts, but this one has turned up missing..

I've got the lower small 8mm stud installed with the proper nut and washers for the slot. I just can't seem to find the correct fastener for the top pivot bolt.

If my memory is correct, isn't that a shorter 10mm stud, held by a washer and locknut? It only sets into the cambelt cover, not through it... (?)

If all else fails, I guess I could buy a new bolt. The stud lets you set the exact tightness though...

Anybody know what length I would need if I get a new bolt? Pretty sure it's a 10mm fine thread...

    ??

    Thanks guys,
    Greg

Edit: I checked the spare parts book, tav 55, but can't locate any stud. Does look like the outer fastener is a locknut with washer..

A ha! that's why there's a gap between the bracket and belt cover-it traps the lower AC mount bracket which I've removed because of the Sanden. gonna need to add a spacer. does look like a 10mm stud there, thanks so much...

Some of those studs are a unique size and are NLA. I hope it's not one of those.

Nothing special here. The stud your looking for is indeed 10x1.25mm thread pitch. Look on TAV 41 in the 308QV part6s manual. It is shown. This stud doesn't not bolt through. FWIW, using a bolt in place of a stud is a bad idea.
