I though it may be unhook, but it does not appear to be. I got it apart except for pulling it from the housing with the clock. One corner seems stuck. I seem to be missing one item. Do the front knobs pull off? Once I get it all apart, how do I fix it? Any help appreciated..

With some of the Modial's the engine bay is similar to the 348. If yours is one of these then have a look at the connector coming from the transmission. You should be able to see it on the left side of the engine bay, near the charcoal canister. The connection twists on an off. Make sure that it is clean and connected properly.

Yes speedo works fine. The odometer is separate and 6" to the right of the speedo. Does anyone have a diagram on the above comment? I am in "learn" mode on the mechanical side. This car will be my labour of love...
