    Anyone ever retrofit an early TR to R-134A? Problems? OE Compressor adequate?

    Retrofit for you would be a big PIA, new hoses, new compressor and seals and probably an inadequate condensor. Perhaps a r12 substitute may work.

    there are many, various mixes of various chemicals search for R12 replacement
