    1989 Ferrari 328GTS:
Late ABS Car with 29k Miles and the Last Year for the 328

This 1989 Ferrari 328GTS is a two owner car with just 29k miles. Black with tan leather interior and offered with books, tools, targa top cover, and service records. It also comes accompanied by a clean carfax report. The car needs cosmetic restoration and the paint is not perfect. It runs and drives but should be serviced. A desirable late 1989 car with ABS and the last and most collectible year for the Ferrari 328.

A cheap Ferrari is often a very expensive Ferrari. Maybe in the end it will be a good deal, hard to say from the add.

$56,000 for an '89 with 30,000 miles seems like a good price. What will it cost to bring this car to "market value"? $20,000? That seems like a lot but these things can add up quick.

And what are the cosmetic issues with the exterior exactly? A few chips here and there is one thing. If there are thin areas on the paint from too much polishing, that can require a really good respray. $10,000 for that?

Great price for someone that can do their own belt service and wants to drive it. Seems an ok price for someone who wants to put $30k into and have a fair value as well. My 89 has been trouble free and cheap to maintain. A PPI might show a great bargain. Maybe I need a black one too. Ha!

I see it now. How much would it cost to fix that?

Thing is, will the value be forever reduced on this 328 because of the small accident? Maybe not if the repair is done well.

What do non storied black '89 328 GTS with 30,000 miles ask these days? $89,000?

$56,000? That price raises all sorts of red flags for me. Anyone who pulls the trigger on that car without personally looking it over is an Idiot. These guys are not in business to pass along screaming deals.. Would be nice if somebody in the area could go visit them and report back?
