    I need a protective shield that covers part of the engine on the underside of the car. The part number is 140917. It costs $900 from the dealer. Hoping someone knows where one might be laying around. If I can't find one. I may get out the welder and a big hammer and have at it.

    900 buck....jeez its reasons like that I cant wait for people like Jeff Howe getting sole rights to market 348 OEM stuff. They have to be smoking something to charge that.

    I spent the last few nights sprucing up items like that on my 348, its just a preformed sheet of satin black powder coated aly by the look and feel of it.

    Check with Bill at GT Car Parts 623-780-2200 He parts out cars and may have a good used one
