on june 25? OK, I was wondering if there was any interest in getting a group together to organize a charity group run up to montreal....I was thinking of raising money for Prostrate cancer research and maybe splitting the donations between US and Canadian charities....there always is alot of interest in a group drive up to the race even from ferrariistas all the way down in virginia and even georgia...we could make a few stops along the way to raise local money as well (sponsored lunches, timed rally stages etc.). Just a thought for now I think we should all try to put together at least four charity events a year, no matter how small....we are so lucky to have these cars (yes we worked hard for them and take care of them) and our lives, others are not so fortunate.

Sounds interesting, but my run up to Montreal is usually a blitz so I make the long trip in the shortest time possible w/o stops after work on the Friday before the race.

Been trying to convince the NYTS group to come up for the past two years, but never managed to organize it - if you can, I'd definitely consider it.

    Good luck.

If someone has a Scaglietti to lend me I'll do it; otherwise I have a car full when I drive up on Wednesday night.

the DC/MD area with some nice exotic F's... seems this event is tailor made for us tristater f-guys to cheer on the team and get some fun out of our cars at speed in spring...perhaps we could coordinate with a canadian group and really make something out of this. Let's share some thoughts and then focus in on something specific and then meet and put it together..

I think June 25 is the weekend of L' Belle Macchina in the Poconos. Between the car show and the track days, that's a pretty popular event around here.

We're headed up Thurs the 22nd.

And I don't think any of you glitzy F-chatters will want to caravan with an LX 470 SUV complete with wife and infant daughter! :)
