    I beginning to look into doing the intake restoration on my 88' 928S4.

    What I would like to know is how to properly restore the finish on the intake plenum. Mine has a chip in the finish and I would like to have it repaired and refinished, not just painted over.
    Along with the intake I plan to restore the wheels and have the wheels and intake matching as it is now, from stock.
    If anyone can give the proper method to this repair or now where I find reading material, it will be a huge help.

    Also, I'm in CT., If anyone has a recommendation for someone in this area I really appreciate the help.
