    I wouldn't.

Do you have any idea how quickly you could spend another 50k on it.......

If you've got 55k burning a hole in your pocket, by a really nice GT4 and spend 10k on your self/wife/girl/family!

na E36 M3 would be the car - hard to find an unabused one :(

I heard an F355 Spider 1995 model recently sold for $130,000. Its got a fully rebuilt engine costing $31,000 - happend because of a failed injector.

What is this car at 100kms worth?

348s are selling at 140-150 on the Australian market so the car has to be going to fetch at least 100k one would think. There is no way it would go in the 50s. My guess it is >95k at lowest.

Whats the consensus? I am not asking who would buy it, but what price do you think it will fetch?

Im not sure if 348's actually exchange owners at 140-150k. I do know for a fact that when getting insurance, the companies are not comfortable insuring for any higher than 125k - Thats for a 1992 348ts (ive had a few quotes). They all say their mkt value us around that level (guess they would though hey . . . )

Not very clear photos, but the interior (black not good for Aussie summers) looks dodgy to me, having had many drivers grace the seats no doubt, if its an ex-rental car. I reckon its worth around $A70k.

People bid up to $95k for the ex-rental 348, but it did not meet reserve.

Looks like I was dead on with the price.

Funny how much people will pay for unmaintained F-cars.

I would love to know where Schmick325 heard about a 355 going for 130k.

The 348 was garbage with over 90,000 kms on the clock AND EX RENTAL and it still reached $95k. 355s are consistently selling for over 200k. In-fact Lance Dixon has a 96 for 224k.

Whoa 95k , yikes. So figure possibly spending 50k on maintenance soon. Far better off buying a 348 Spider low kms for $150k ish

As for the F355, have a talk to the guy who runs Dawes Car insurance, he told me about it.

The funniest thing is that people bid up to the mid 90s for it but it did not meet the reserve. A mistake by the seller IMO.

I guess the person selling it wants to pull the wool over a buyers eyes and get around 115-125. Its a bit concerning really. Some poor person will end up buying it and having quite a maintenance bill.

Thanks Schmick for the 355 info.
