Seller has high feedback, but tread carefully... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1995-Ferrari-355-Berlinetta-ONE-OWNER-NO-RESERVE_W0QQitemZ4596353859QQcategoryZ6212QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
The dealer has 3 cars and an atv in his showroom....probably the first Ferrari he is selling.....this is one car that I wouldn't buy sight unseen.
I would think they should at least shampoo the mats. Doesn't look too presentable with perfect seats and dirty mats.
Hmmm....and why does the speedometer show 16 MPH.....it's parked inside, isn't it? Wow, the 355 is fast even when it's not moving!
So who wants to buy. Looks like a good deal if services were done. Interior is not that bad for 50K miles.
If I wanted a red one, I'd search out the current owner of Vik's old car - now THAT was sweet This one looks a bit spotty sight unseen, and usually the pictures hide everything. And, the guy lists everything as "Good, " not "Excellent." Definitely not worth flying out to Texas for. If any of you want a very sweet 355, call Emil.
If someone with Ferrari technical skills and tools wants to go in as a partner PM me. I believe a no reserve 355 auction will bring out the wholesalers. Most wholesalers dont know bear sh*t from apple butter about WORKING on the cars and therefore need to sub out the maintainence work, which is still a pretty price tag on an exotic. That puts us at an advantage by a few thousand. I have a HUGE auto transporter (DAS) not 3 miles from my house that can handle the shipping. Ive used them for many cars and never a problem. We all see the flaws, I see a possible opportunity. Glad this post is here in the Tri-State.
