A spider like that should be 70-75K so I assume a coupe should be 60-65K but you have to do a lot of shopping. Most sellers are asking way too high a price. I think you will also find that people that own a 355 now will give you higher than market prices. I own a 1996 355 spider and I think I am realistic in pricing. I may sell soon and get a 360 spider.

    Another great source is galves.com

Galves is the actual source for wholesale auctions and is the "true value" that a dealer will give you on trade based on wholesale value. A good reference point to have...

It is because it's what the dealers actually use when you want to know the value of your ride. The other sites are good estimates of value, but tend to overvalue cars vs. galves. I think it's only $5 or so to get the info though...

Isn't another huge factor on the early 355's the status of the valve guides and if they have been replaced ? I would think that a car with the job done would be worth alot more than one without, whether it was showing symptoms or not.

I just saw one of those get sold about a month ago and it went for $65,000. It is funny because that sounds like the exact same car.
