    I ran into a guy who claimes he has been running his car like this (an Audi) for a couple of years now including track time with no check engine light He removed the cats and installed his secondary O2 like this in the test pipe:

    I wonder if their universal would work with the 355 OBDII

    Of coarse this is 100% for testing purposes, not permanent install.

    Yeah I'm pretty sure the O2 sims are the way to go. I've been looking into a system like this for a while now and will be trying the universal set from the site you mentioned.

    Any 96+ car can run test pipes with no CEL----A reflash of the ECU is all it takes.....

    Interesting..... can a higher rev limit, to say 9100rpm be flashed too......? :D

    I have a (self made) O2 sensor electronic simulator for more than 1 year now and no CEL but ... it is a EU car!

    I know alot of stuff can be tweaked thru the ECU---not 100% sure about a higher rev limit setting----I'll ask my mechanic
